Sure, you can make a resolution that feels restrictive and will only start your new year off on a depressing foot. Why not make a resolution to focus on self-care, instead?

Schedule a spa day after a week you know will be rough. Have a monthly friends' night where you all can unwind. Carve out moments just for yourself throughout the day. Treat yourself to a weekly yoga class. Buy some toffee for a decadent evening in a hot bath with a novel.
